Effective from 8 October 2026. This privacy policy explains how PR-TECH s.r.o. processes personal data of visitors to www.pr-tech.cz, prospective customers and online shop customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Controller

PR-TECH s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 07361041, VAT No. CZ07361041, registered office Topolová 910, 289 24 Milovice, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 299808. 2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

  • Inquiries (form or e-mail) – name, company, e-mail, phone, inquiry text and attached drawings or documentation. Purpose: preparing a quotation and pre-contractual negotiations. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Orders and contracts – billing and delivery details, contact person, e-mail, phone, order contents, payment details. Purpose: performance of the contract, delivery and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Business communication – contact details of representatives of our customers and suppliers. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website operation and security – IP address, browser type, time and URL of the request (server and security logs, spam protection). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply or process orders. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

3. Retention

  • Inquiries that did not lead to an order: 3 years after the last communication.
  • Orders, contracts and related correspondence: for the duration of the business relationship and applicable limitation periods.
  • Accounting and tax documents: 10 years as required by Czech law.
  • Server and security logs: usually up to 3 months.

4. Recipients

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), provider of the server infrastructure running our website, e-mail and information system,
  • external accountant and tax advisor,
  • carriers (e.g. PPL, DPD) – delivery details only,
  • banks – for payments,
  • public authorities where required by law.

Data are processed within the European Union. The Google map on the Contact page loads only after you click “Show map”; only then does your browser connect to Google servers, which may process data outside the EU and set their own cookies. The accessibility tool (icon at the edge of the page) is loaded from servers of Elementor Ltd., which thereby receive your IP address.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. online shop cart and checkout, customer account, spam protection, accessibility settings). These do not require consent. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please send requests to poptavky@pr-tech.cz; we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in your country of residence.
